Where did all the PSP hacks go?

Posted by Xavier Ashe on January 10, 2006

the other hand, the homebrew community hasnt gone entirely
'silent'.  There be no less than 10 very interesting “secret”
projects going on by several different developement teams, some of
which are especially promising and appealing.  We've got
downgraders in the works, Shell applications, Newer more powerful
loaders/rippers, eboots, etc in the works.  Some like downgraders,
are a bit more unneccessary, as it wont take long before Sony just
completes the cycle by blocking yet another exploitable path, probably
with some sort of incentive that renders obsolete yet another PSP hack
or homebrew app in the process, killing two birds with one stone.
Others, like the Shell and Kernel projects.. those are the far more
promising and exciting projects, and boy oh boy i wish i could be
gettin my stubby little piratey hands all over some of that thar

Good rant by Hyena at PSP
